- 4 Glamping Tents are available, large & cozy tents with queen beds & luxury bedding. Glamp under the stars; the tents would be set around the main house, quiet, peaceful and most importantly comfortable. The tents are $350 per tent (flat rate) for 2 nights, covering set up, break down and cleaning. These are not mandatory use, but an extra camping option for you to keep friends and family nearby.)
- Rehearsal the day prior to the event

- 15 custom redwood tables & benches (each table seats 10).
- Redwood benches (preset for the ceremony).
- Day of event set up of all tables, chairs for ceremony and reception
- Choice of multiple handcrafted redwood alters.
- Wedding Planner or Vendor Coordinator - phone, email & site visits.) Additional hours are billed at a rate of $60 an hour.
- Rehearsal for your event with your wedding coordinator
- Vendor referrals: (we have curated a vendor list with suggestions and guidance on making final decisions).
- Assistance with transportation schedule, event timeline and coordination of rehearsal ceremony.
- Day of coordinator; oversee everything from décor placement for ceremony & making sure everything is moving along as planned. Each wedding plans vary, if you have your own wedding planner that is fine! We will still include staff to ensure your event is going as planned, trash & bathrooms are clean, breakdown of event included. Less, catering, band & personal rentals.
- In house parking assistance & event crew, for the day of event is mandatory (not negotiable).
- On-Site trash and recycling removal for caterers.
- Brand new tastefully designed & constructed restrooms on site! Built with the guests in mind, no one wants to deal with visually and displeasing mobile bathrooms… The bathrooms will be checked and cleaned throughout the event.
Note: Event Fee includes the main house lodging, a two night stay at our newly renovated 2 bedroom home with a wrap around redwood deck & pergola! Cleaning fee is $300.

We also offer micro-wedding packages for smaller groups. These micro-weddings are offered during the off-peak season as well as peak season during midweek only.

There are multiple absolutely stunning spots for photos with beautiful oak trees and rock formations and vineyards and mountains as a backdrop. Oak Ridge Estate is an absolute gem of a location and was the perfect setting for my sister's baby shower! As a non-planner myself, having Brooke’s help getting everything organized was incredibly invaluable; she has an amazing eye for design and took care of everything from floral design to beautifully setting the tables and just overall creating a really cozy space for all of our guests. The most important thing was making the day as special as possible for my sister and Oak Ridge Estate absolutely made that happen! We are SO grateful and can’t wait to book again for any of our upcoming events!
